My Mother’s Day
Had a great one with Jeff and Todd this year. Jeff prepared “Sheet Pan Fajita Salmon with Cilantro Lime Butter” that was excellent, and he brought over some 14 salad toppings all neatly cut up and ready for a salad buffet (fix your own). He also brought a baguette, and some Shiraz. Needless to say, there was plenty of left-overs, and Jeff and I will be enjoying it all over again on Tuesday and Wednesday on his way back from Jackson. Thanks to Julie for sending dessert – carrot cake (my favorite).
